Holland Lake Lodge is the gateway lodge to the Bob Marshall Wilderness area, America's largest. It is located 75 miles southeast of Kalispell, Montana, and 75 miles northeast of Missoula, Montana. Fly Northwest, Delta or Alaska Airlines to Missoula. Transportation from the airport is available.

Over 20 km of tracked trails designed to accommodate all levels of cross-country skiing. The trails are groomed for both traditional skiing and skating. Unlimited backcountry ski opportunities. All trails lie in the Flathead National Forest. You will also find spectacular areas for snowshoeing, dog sled adventures, ice-skating and ice fishing.

After a great day of winter activities, enjoy exceptional Montana mountain food in our renowned dining room. Everything is prepared with fresh ingredients, from hand-mashed potatoes and homemade gravy to chicken-n-dumplings and pot roast dinners. The steaks and fish served are the very best available. There are a number of vegetarian entrees, including fine vegetable lasagna. The breakfast and lunch menus include a variety of Western-style dishes and the dessert menu includes homemade apple dumplings served with heavy cream. Following dinner, have a drink or espresso at our full-service bar and enjoy a game of pool. Feel the warmth of a roaring fire and relax with friends in our sauna. Our gift shop includes a fine selection of clothing, accessories, convenience items and gifts. Cross-country ski equipment, snowshoes and ice skates are available for rent.

One of the highlights of your 5-or-7 day winter package at Holland Lake Lodge will be your half-day dog sled adventure. After brief training by our professional musher, you'll be given your own team of Greenland sled dogs and classic ash sled. The adventure begins as you follow the musher and his team out across ice-covered Holland Lake and through the magnificent Swan Valley.
