Location & Getting Here:

Southwest Montana on I-90 between Billings and Butte. Fly into Bozeman. Drive I-90 east-west or US Hwy191/287 north-south.
Bozeman is perfectly located for the winter sports lover. Close to snowmobiling in Yellowstone National Park and within minutes of some of Montana's finest downhill and cross country skiing, Bozeman is a prime winter destination. The park lies just 90 miles south through the scenic Gallatin River Canyon. You can sled most of the way on the popular Big Sky Snowmobile Trail.
 
  TRAILS:
Included in the system is the 120-mile Big Sky Snowmobile Trail between Bozeman and West Yellowstone. Five access routes make shorter loops for easier rides. Buck Creek Ridge, off US Hwy191 south of Big Sky, provides miles of excellent play area. North of town are the Brackett-Fairy Lake and Olsen Creek-Bangtail Ridge trails.
