Location & Getting Here:
Maverick Mountain is located 40 miles west of Dillon in the Beaverhead National Forest.

Season Information:
December - April. Beginning in January, open Thursday - Sunday and holidays from 9:30am - 4:00pm.

 JUST FOR KIDS:
 Maverick is a fun ski area for families. Ski School specializes in child instruction. Ski Shop carrys a full line of rental equipment.

 Torchlight Parade New Year's Eve, SL & GS Inter-Divisional Master Races on FIS courses, Fun Rope 'n Ski, Bartenders Cup Races, Winternational Alpine Skiing Competition. Call for schedule. View Winter Events
 
 CROSS-COUNTRY:
 Groomed and untracked trails starting at the Elkhorn Hot Springs.
 
 APRES SKI:
 Get a taste of the real West in the Magnificent Big Hole. This is the country famous for natural hot springs, wide open spaces and excellent snowmobiling conditions. You'll also want to visit Bannack, a ghost town where you can ice skate!
