Directions
Directions to Flathead Lake Retreat from Kalispell (the North):
Leave Kalispell on Highway 2 East. (Highway 2 East, also known as Idaho Street, is a main artery through Kalispell which intersects with Highway 93, also known as Main Street, as it cuts through the center of downtown Kalispell. You will pass Wal-Mart on your right. STAY IN THE RIGHT LANE. After passing Staples and Shopko on your right this lane will become Highway 35 East to Bigfork. Stay on Highway 35 and it will lead you to us. We are approximately 27 miles from Kalispell.

Highway 35 will lead you through Bigfork and down the East Lake Shore of Flathead Lake on East Lakeshore Highway. We are about 10 miles from Bigfork between the 20 and 19 mile markers. You will pass Bob's Woods Bay Market and, two restaurants: The Sitting Duck and The Raven, we are about 6 miles further. before you get here there will be a big cherry orchard warehouse called Bowman Orchard on your left. Then you will be going up a steep hill and down the south side of the hill. We are in the low point of the road between the 20 and 19 mile marker, look for the green Lake Retreat Lane street sign. There is also a sign that reads Scott Roskam's Custom Sharpening by Hand. Our shop building is the two story white wood building with green trim on the lake side (right side) of the road. The Home is just below the shop building. You will know you have missed us if you see a sign on your right that reads Yellow Bay Biological Center. Turn around and come back.

From the South:
Coming from Missoula, take 1-90 East then turn north on Highway 93 to Glacier Park and Kalispell. Stay on Highway 93 until just before Polson. Take the East Lakeshore Highway by turning right at the light (Highway 35 to Bigfork). Follow Highway 35. We are about 20 miles from Polson on the lakeside of the road between the 19 and 20 mile markers. It is in the lowest point of the road. There is a sign that reads Scott Roskam's Custom Sharpening by Hand. The business is in the two-story white building with green trim very close to the Highway.

Come in the backside of the building and ask for Scott or Betty.
